The function of imported bearings is to fix the stationary ring and rotating ring of the bearing with the stationary part (usually the bearing seat) and rotating part (usually the shaft) of the installation site, respectively, in order to achieve the basic task of transmitting loads and limiting the position of the motion system relative to the stationary system in a rotating state. In the shaft and bearing seat, rolling bearings require their positions to be fixed in three directions: radial, axial, and tangential. Radial and tangential positioning are achieved through tight fitting of bearing rings, while axial positioning is only achieved in a few cases using tight fitting; Generally, axial limiting components such as end caps and retaining rings are used to limit the axial position within the clearance range.
Imported bearings are important components in machinery, also known as mechanical joints. Just like us humans, without joints, it is not possible. Without joints, humans would be paralyzed. When choosing cooperation, the following four points should be emphasized:
(1) The circumferential surface of imported bearing rings should have good support and uniform force distribution to reduce deformation and fully utilize the bearing's load-bearing capacity.
(2) The collar cannot slide along the tangential direction on its mating surface, otherwise it will damage the mating surface.
(3) The free end bearing must be able to adapt to the length changes of the shaft and bearing seat hole, that is, it must have the ability to move within a certain range of axial position.
(4) Attention must be paid to making the installation and disassembly of bearings easy, saving labor, time, and expenses.
