1、 The impact of vibration on imported bearings.

In normal use, vibration is quite sensitive to damage to imported bearings, such as peeling, indentation, rust, cracks, wear, etc., which will be reflected in bearing vibration measurement. So, by using special bearing vibration measuring devices (such as frequency analyzers), the magnitude of vibration can be measured, and the specific situation of abnormalities cannot be inferred through frequency differentiation. The measured values may vary due to the usage conditions of imported bearings or the installation position of sensors, so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance to determine the judgment criteria.

2、 The impact of temperature on imported bearings.

Using high temperature often indicates that the imported bearings are in an abnormal condition. High temperature is also harmful to the lubricant of bearings. Sometimes, overheating of bearings can be attributed to the lubricant of the bearings. If imported bearings are continuously exposed to temperatures exceeding 125 ℃ for a long time, it will reduce the service life of the bearings. The causes of high-temperature bearings include insufficient or excessive lubrication of the lubricant. It contains impurities, excessive load, bearing ring damage, insufficient clearance, and high friction caused by oil seals.

It is easy to experience temperature rise during the use of imported bearings. When the temperature of the bearing rises, the first step is to determine whether there is any misoperation. If it does indeed rise, the following measures should be taken:

1. Check if the cooling water pressure, flow, and piping system are normal. If the water pressure is low, it may be due to filter blockage that cannot be dealt with in a timely manner. The machine can be stopped for processing, and when it is confirmed to be working, it can be put back into use.

2. The oil pressure of the governor should be checked, as low oil pressure may cause the cooling water hydraulic valve to close.

3. Check for any abnormal noise from the bearings and inspect for any abnormal bearing runout.

4. Take an oil sample and observe whether there is any change in oil color, and conduct a laboratory test to see if it has deteriorated. If deterioration is confirmed, the machine should be stopped and replaced with new oil.

5. Check if the oil level on the oil gauge is normal. If not, check if the oil tank drain valve is tightly closed. If it has been tightly closed, oil should be replenished. If the sealing gasket leaks oil, the machine should be stopped for treatment.

The regular measurement of imported bearing temperature can be achieved with the help of a thermometer, such as a digital thermometer, which can accurately measure the bearing temperature and display it in units of ℃ or Fahrenheit. The importance of bearings means that when they are damaged, it will cause equipment shutdown, so temperature detectors should be installed for these types of bearings.
